Title: Product Manager
Location: Remote (US)
Reporting Structure: This role will report to the VP of Marketing & Product.
Company Description
We’re a 25-person, profitable B2B SaaS company trusted by the world’s leading technology and professional services organizations, including Google, Microsoft, PwC, and others, to manage and strengthen their Analyst Relations programs.
For 20 years, we’ve been the category leader in AR technology. Now we’re entering a new chapter: infusing intelligence, automation, and LLM-powered capabilities into our platform to help companies understand and influence the conversations shaping their markets.
We’re backed by Polaris, operate with startup urgency (although we’ve been around for 20 years so we’re super stable), and maintain a tight-knit team (six engineers, a UX designer, and a VP of Product & Marketing). If you want meaningful ownership without the chaos of a hyper-scaling startup, you’ll love it here.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the strategy, vision, and next generation of intelligence features for our platform. You’ll be the senior IC PM collaborating directly with our VP of Product & Marketing to define the roadmap, explore emerging AI capabilities, and deliver solutions that help Analyst Relations teams drive real business impact.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll talk to customers regularly, write crisp problem statements, partner with engineering and UX on rapid prototypes, and guide features from idea → validation → launch.
What You’ll Do
- Set product strategy: Partner with leadership to define product vision and roadmap prioritization.
- Drive intelligence + AI features: Identify opportunities where LLMs, clustering, NLP, or automation can solve real customer problems and turn them into lovable product experiences.
- Own key features end-to-end: From discovery to scoping, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Be a builder: Work closely with Engineering, CX, and UX to prototype quickly—especially where AI is involved.
- Champion customer understanding: Engage consistently with enterprise users and buyers to understand workflows, validate problems, and refine solutions.
- Make data-informed decisions: Define success metrics and track outcomes.
- Lead cross-functionally: Provide clarity and direction to engineering and design partners.
- Contribute to product excellence: Help create clear, user-friendly knowledge base content and release communications.
Is this you?
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience
- Experience building or integrating AI/ML features or deep familiarity using AI/LLMs in discovery, design, or delivery workflows
- Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows
- Experience working closely with engineers and UX in an Agile environment
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers (AR, CI, or MI experience is a plus)
- Strategic thinking paired with a player/coach mindset—willing to jump in at all levels of execution
- Clear, crisp communication skills and a bias toward action
- Thrives in small teams with big goals and low ego
