Responsibilities

  • Build and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across CPG brands, agencies, and retail media partners.
  • Drive full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting through close across a high-volume book of business.
  • Manage multiple concurrent opportunities with deal cycles ranging from one week to three months.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand partnerships across additional verticals including household, beauty, and personal care.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver strong client outcomes and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Navigate complex CPG and agency buying structures, including trade budgets, national dollars, and agency budget allocation.
  • Maintain strong operational rigor through consistent Salesforce hygiene, pipeline management, forecasting, and timely client communication.
  • Utilize data and insights to craft compelling client narratives and drive strategic conversations with partners.
  • Travel 1–2 times per month for client meetings and relationship-building opportunities across the US.


Is this you?

  • 5+ years of experience in media sales, retail media, shopper marketing, agency sales, or related client-facing revenue roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing multiple deals simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing a high-volume account portfolio while maintaining strong responsiveness and client engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the CPG landscape, agency ecosystem, and retail media environment.
  • Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly resilient, adaptable, and comfortable handling rejection and ambiguity.
  • Strong operational discipline with experience managing pipelines and forecasting in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Passion for building and scaling within a growing organization.
  • Chicago-based candidates strongly preferred; NYC or candidates located near a major airport will also be considered.
