Title: Client Success Manager

Location: New York City, New York (hybrid)

Reports To: Director of Client Success



About the Company:

Radix Health is looking for a Client Success Manager to help ensure our healthcare provider clients are successful and satisfied throughout their journey with Radix. You’ll be responsible for managing a book of business, deepening relationships, ensuring high adoption of our platform, and supporting retention and renewals. This is a critical, hands-on role at a high-growth startup where you’ll have direct impact on client outcomes and company growth.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a segment of Radix Health’s provider clients.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts consisting of healthcare provider clients, RCM organizations, and practice managers.
  • Lead clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing engagement, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on how to best leverage our product.
  • Leverage client data and feedback to identify trends, flag risks early, and drive timely solutions that maximize impact and reduce churn.
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations), serving as the internal quarterback to align on projects, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the voice of the client—sharing feedback and collaborating with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly while maintaining a high standard of care and responsiveness.


What We’re Looking For: 

  • 2–4 years in a client-facing role such as Client Success, Account Management, or Client Services; experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or health tech is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level stakeholders and distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proactive and client-focused, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, deliver consistent value and success, and effectively mitigate issues when they arise.
  • Proven project management experience, with a track record of leading implementations and driving operational excellence.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can operate with minimal guidance; prior startup or healthcare provider experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a strong plus.
