Role Overview


As a consumer product leader, you will discover post-purchase pain points and develop features that solve them, implement a feedback and analytics system to measure and improve product performance, own and optimize the conversion funnel and user retention metrics, and hire and manage a humble, ambitious, and outcome-driven team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and grow a consumer-facing iOS app with >100K MAU, focusing on retention, engagement, and user satisfaction
  • Drive the product roadmap, prioritizing features that solve post-purchase pain points and optimize the user experience
  • Implement analytics and feedback systems to measure performance and guide improvements
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, ambitious, outcome-driven team
  • Rapidly prototype and launch new features using modern AI tools
  • Conduct market research to ensure product-market fit and drive strategic decisions


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a similar STEM field
  • At least 2 years of experience building/leading iOS App with >100K MAU
  • Capable of articulating complex concepts in simple language
  • Familiar with modern AI tools and can build rapid prototypes
  • Experience attracting and recruiting a humble, ambitious, and outcome-driven team
  • Additional requirements for candidates outside the U.S.
  • 105+ TOEFL or equivalent level of English fluency
  • At least two years of experience living/working in U.S. after college
