Researchers, designers, marketers, and strategy teams at companies like Square and Duolingo use Strella to get faster, deeper insights from their customers. Responsibilities
Hiring an AE who will…
- Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to negotiation and close
- Sell to enterprise buyers including product, research, insights, and marketing leads
- Partner closely with the founders on strategy, messaging, pricing, and sales ops
- Run outbound campaigns: develop creative campaigns, test messaging, break into new verticals
- Collaborate with product: bringing back learnings to continuously improve Strella’s offering
- Helping shape the GTM playbook: defining best practices for scaling the sales motion
Is this you?
- You’ve closed 5 or 6-figure deals and sold to relationship-heavy buying personas
- You’re a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and loves building from zero
- You’re naturally curious, strong at discovery, and deeply customer-centric
- You’ve worked in early-stage B2B SaaS (Series A or seed preferred)
- You’re excited about owning a number and being the tip of the spear in GTM
Preferred Qualifications
- You’ve sold to product or insights teams
- Experience selling research, analytics, or AI/ML platforms
- Strong outbound skills or interest in building outbound motion
- Prior experience as a founding AE or early seller
