The Role


They're hiring full-cycle Account Executives who can own deals end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demos, technical validation, negotiation, and close. Unlike traditional AE roles that rely heavily on SDRs or pre-sales engineers, this role is for a self-sufficient closer who can manage the process from the first touch to the signed deal.


You’ll be expected to be both a hunter (comfortable generating pipeline and working inbound leads) and a technical advisor (able to run demos, understand integrations, and speak credibly with RevOps/IT teams). This is a role where hustle, hunger, and technical fluency translate directly into big earnings.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: sourcing, qualifying, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Run your own demos and guide customers through product integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, APIs)
  • Understand and communicate technical workflows: basic JSON, API concepts, data flows
  • Hunt aggressively: work inbound leads, self-source pipeline, and build your own book of business
  • Consistently exceed quota — our current AEs are hitting 400–600%+ of quota with accelerators kicking in
  • Collaborate with engineering for complex technical cases, but stay self-sufficient for most demos and integrations

  • Proven full-cycle SaaS AE experience: you’ve owned deals end-to-end and crushed quota
  • Technical fluency: not an engineer, but you can learn quickly, understand APIs, and explain integrations
  • Hunter mentality: you’re not afraid to cold call, chase leads, and build pipeline when you’re not closing
  • Consultative seller: you understand customer pain points and can map them to product workflows
  • High horsepower: you figure things out, move fast, and thrive in high-growth startup environments
  • Competitive, hungry, and motivated by uncapped earnings
