Role Overview

Seel is hiring an Events Marketing Manager to drive new client acquisition and enterprise brand awareness through high-impact field marketing and events. This role will own the strategy and execution of our events and field programs, with a strong focus on pipeline generation, conversion, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and execute field marketing and demand generation initiatives focused on driving new client acquisition
  • Build and manage a strategic events calendar, aligned to pipeline and brand awareness goals
  • Plan and execute trade shows, large-scale events, and field marketing programs from end to end
  • Own all event logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution
  • Drive measurable results from events, including MQL generation and conversion from event leads to clients
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong follow-up, conversion, and pipeline impact from events
  • Engage directly with customers and prospects in the field to support retention and relationship building
  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance and ROI
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple events simultaneously


What We’re Looking For


  • Manager or Senior Manager level experience in field marketing and/or demand generation
  • Proven experience driving new client acquisition through events and field marketing
  • Experience establishing brand awareness with enterprise audiences
  • Strong background owning event strategy, planning, logistics, and vendor orchestration
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking MQLs, conversion rates, and event ROI
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator, especially with Sales teams
  • San Francisco–based, with the ability to be hands-on and present at events
