Responsibilities
- Build and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across Pharmacy brands and retail partners.
- Drive full-cycle sales efforts from prospecting through close across a high-volume book of business.
- Manage multiple concurrent opportunities with deal cycles ranging from one week to three months.
- Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver strong client outcomes and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain strong operational rigor through consistent Salesforce hygiene, pipeline management, forecasting, and timely client communication.
- Utilize data and insights to craft compelling client narratives and drive strategic conversations with partners.
- Travel 1–2 times per month for client meetings and relationship-building opportunities across the US.
Is this you?
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare advertising sales, retail media, shopper marketing, agency sales, or related client-facing revenue roles.
- Proven track record of successfully closing multiple deals simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing a high-volume account portfolio while maintaining strong responsiveness and client engagement.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, agency ecosystem, and retail media environment.
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly resilient, adaptable, and comfortable handling rejection and ambiguity.
- Strong operational discipline with experience managing pipelines and forecasting in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Passion for building and scaling within a growing organization.
