While their offices are in Denver, Colorado, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, they currently are operating remotely with a nationally-distributed team.


Responsibilities 

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients post-launch to ensure ongoing success and satisfaction.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.


  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Onboarding, and Product teams to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.


  • Drive platform adoption, identify opportunities for upsells and renewals, and proactively mitigate churn risk.


  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management in Vitally and other internal tools.


  • Represent the voice of the client internally, sharing insights and feedback that inform product development and company strategy.


  • Host engaging partner calls, product demos, and strategic reviews to align on business goals and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.


  • Proven success managing renewals and expansion opportunities within SaaS or technology-driven organizations.


  • Familiarity with CRM or customer success platforms (Salesforce, Vitally, HubSpot, etc.).


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.


  • Experience in higher education, events, or location-based technology is a plus.
