Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end workflows that power a next-generation agentic platform
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Solve complex backend engineering and automation problems from the ground up
- Own projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment
- Help shape technical architecture, tooling, and engineering best practices
- Contribute to team culture, internal processes, and long-term company direction
Is this you?
- 4+ years of professional backend or full-stack software engineering experience
- Experience building AI-powered products, data processing pipelines, or integrations with external systems
- Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of owning technical projects end-to-end
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Startup experience or experience thriving in highly unstructured environments
- Based in the Bay Area or willing to relocate for an in-office role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with web scraping, email parsing, browser automation, or data extraction
- Strong TypeScript and JavaScript expertise
- Contributions to large-scale open-source projects or substantial technical side projects
- Experience integrating with legacy systems, poorly documented APIs, or operationally complex industries
- Familiarity with low-tech or highly regulated industries
