The Role

We are seeking a Recruiter with a strong technical focus and agency style experience to support complex and evolving hiring needs across our client base. As a Talent Acquisition expert, you will own full lifecycle recruiting, partner closely with clients, and help shape thoughtful and effective hiring strategies.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic, and global environment, is comfortable managing multiple searches at once, and is excited to strengthen and execute a more modern and human way to hire.


Responsibilities

  • Execute full lifecycle recruitment including search strategy development, active sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and offer negotiation
  • Work efficiently and autonomously to fill urgent roles while building pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and client teams to provide guidance across all aspects of the hiring process
  • Successfully recruit for a wide range of roles including technical, non technical, and executive level positions
  • Act as a true business partner to all stakeholders involved in the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records in Loxo and track key talent acquisition metrics such as time to fill
  • Create a positive and transparent candidate experience for both selected and non selected candidates
  • Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into every stage of the recruiting process
  • Help build and strengthen the HigherPeople brand from the inside out


Job Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter with agency experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles including engineering, product, or data positions
  • Experience working in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • Advanced sourcing skills including LinkedIn and social sourcing techniques
  • Strong ability to manage recruiting processes and stakeholder relationships with a high degree of autonomy
  • Excellent critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with global and geographically distributed teams is a plus

  • Proficiency with HR systems including HRIS and ATS platforms

This role is open at the Recruiter level with a technical focus. Title may be adjusted to Senior Recruiter based on experience, scope, and demonstrated impact.
