Responsibilities
Looma's Senior Account Manager, CPG, is the operational and relationship backbone of a brand partner's experience on the platform. This role lives at the intersection of Sales and Client Success, working closely with Account Executives to convert signed deals into live, performing campaigns, and ensuring brand partners have the support and guidance they need to make the most of their investment.
You'll work in lock step with Account Executives, owning post-close pipeline follow-through, keeping CRM records rigorously maintained, managing campaigns in Looma's ISM platform, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between a signed contract and a screen running in stores. AMs are a full part of the sales motion: you know your accounts as well as anyone, and you're expected to identify growth opportunities and help drive them forward alongside your AE.
The creative component of this role is focused and specific: helping brands choose the right content path at the start of a campaign. That means understanding what they have, where it fits Looma's content standards, and whether their best move is leveraging existing assets, working with a Relay™ editor, or commissioning a new production. Once you've provided that guidance and a path is chosen, execution lives with Relay™ or Looma's Studio team; you don't manage production.
Sales Support & Campaign Operations | 70%
- Partner closely with Account Executives throughout the post-close process: own campaign setup and handoff, prepare for joint sales calls, manage follow-through on open items, and ensure AEs can stay focused on selling rather than operational detail.
- Maintain Salesforce records with precision — account and contact data, campaign activity logging, opportunity hygiene, and account health updates. Be the team's source of truth on where every active account stands.
- Build and manage campaigns in the ISM platform, linking campaigns to corresponding Salesforce opportunities and ensuring all configuration is complete before launch.
- Guide brand partners through the ISM self-serve submission workflow, walking them through how to submit assets, what specs apply to their program, and what to expect at each stage of the review and approval process.
- Conduct a first-pass content review on submitted brand assets before routing to the approval queue. Catch anything that won't clear standards early to avoid delays and set clear expectations with the brand.
- Own campaign performance report (CPR) QA, verify accuracy, prepare reports for delivery, and present findings to brand partners with clear, actionable takeaways.
- Serve as the first escalation point for campaign issues. Resolve what you can directly; route platform-level issues with full context and a proposed path forward.
- Field day-to-day brand questions efficiently, using scalable communication processes wherever possible so your portfolio doesn't create a bottleneck.
Brand Relationships & Creative Strategy | 30%
- Own the brand relationship across your assigned portfolio after close. Maintain regular touchpoints, build genuine trust, and represent Looma's standard for responsiveness and reliability.
- Understand your brands' marketing priorities well enough to advise on which Looma programs and formats best serve their goals, and to flag when something in their plan doesn't fit what the platform is designed to do.
- At campaign kickoff, guide brands to the right content approach: assess what assets they have, whether those assets are a fit for Looma's standards and program type, and whether their best path is self-submission, a Relay edit, or a new Relay production. Be direct with recommendations. Once a path is clear, hand off to Studio or Relay; you won't be managing creative execution.
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within your portfolio and drive them forward in partnership with your AE; you're close enough to these relationships to spot what's possible and help close it.
- Advocate internally for your brands' experience, surfacing patterns, friction points, and feedback that should inform product or content standards decisions.
Is this you?
- 2+ years in account management, customer success, or sales operations in a B2B environment
- Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage a complex, multi-account portfolio without things slipping
Preferred Qualifications
Strongly preferred:
- Experience in digital advertising, retail media, CPG marketing, or a closely adjacent field

- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment where you've had to build process rather than just follow it
A plus:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or a comparable CRM
- Exposure to in-store media, digital out-of-home (DOOH), or shopper marketing
- Prior experience coordinating or supporting video content production workflows
