Responsibilities


  • Developing and owning a full talent acquisition strategy aligned to company goals
  • Building proactive hiring plans with senior leaders and department heads
  • Overseeing the entire recruiting funnel from requisition to offer
  • Refining and improving recruitment processes leveraging tech and automation
  • Managing job postings sourcing screening interviewing and selection
  • Driving a top tier candidate experience from start to finish
  • Partnering with leaders to develop job profiles and effective hiring strategies
  • Creating compelling job descriptions that showcase culture and opportunity
  • Tracking and analyzing hiring data to show ROI and optimize sourcing channels
  • Presenting hiring insights and reports to the executive team
  • Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices including DEI initiatives


Is this you?

  • You bring 10 plus years of recruiting experience ideally within SaaS
  • You have 5 plus years of management experience in a scaling tech environment
  • You know how to build reports and influence leadership through data
  • You have a track record of sourcing and placing top talent across functions
  • You communicate clearly build trust quickly and thrive in a fast moving environment
  • You’re organized adaptable and able to lead multiple roles at once
  • You know ATS systems and Microsoft Suite inside and out
  • You handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • You embody humility grit a commitment to raising the bar and a desire to grow


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling talent teams within SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with recruitment dashboards
  • Deep understanding of recruitment best practices across sourcing interviewing and DEI
  • Comfort working in a remote or hybrid environment across multiple states
