The role

You'll be the right hand to both General Partners. One day that means running a strategic project end to end; the next, it means getting the data room in shape before an LP meeting. There's no playbook, and that's the point. You'll learn how funds are raised, how investments are made, and how a firm is built. 

What you'll do

• Drive the firm's priorities. Own a wide range of strategic projects and push them across the finish line.
• Partner with the GPs. Anticipate what they need, handle what you can, and know what to escalate.
• Run fundraise and IR operations. Manage the LP pipeline, keep the data room tight, and drive every follow-up.
• Communicate with LPs. Write crisp investor updates and hold your own in LP conversations.
• Turn data into answers. Build clean analysis on the portfolio, the fund, and the market, and land the "so what."
• Build the operating system. Set the team's cadence, build trackers and processes people actually use, and make sure everyone has what they need to execute.
• Handle sensitive information. Treat confidential LP and portfolio details with complete discretion.

Who you are

• A fast learner. You've ramped quickly in a demanding seat, ask sharp follow-up questions, and have a track record at the top of your class.
• An owner. You've run something end to end, not just contributed to it, and you're known for closing loops.
• Trusted with autonomy. Senior leaders have given you real responsibility early.
• Built for small teams. You've worked at a startup or on a lean team and switch from strategic to scrappy without blinking.
• Proven at a high pace. Banking, consulting, quant, or similar intensity.
• Hungry for venture. You've taught yourself how VC works and have a clear answer to "why Afore, why pre-seed."
• A strong writer. Your writing is crisp, and you're comfortable in front of executives or clients.
• Process-minded. You've run a multi-stakeholder process (deals, sales, recruiting) and built systems others adopted.
• Analytical. You're strong in Sheets and can get from raw data to a clear takeaway.
