General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations in a high-energy, full-service dining environment with a premier craft cocktail program. This executive leadership role is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving financial performance, and maintaining brand excellence through both front-of-house and back-of-house management. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise overseeing complex hospitality operations, developing high-performing teams, and achieving ambitious business goals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the restaurant’s operational and financial performance. Your duties will include:
• Overseeing daily operations for both Front-of-House and Back-of-House departments, ensuring seamless service and kitchen execution.
• Providing strategic leadership to all team members, cultivating a service-driven culture that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring management and hourly staff to build leadership bench strength and drive retention.
• Directing labor management, scheduling, inventory, and supply chain coordination for maximum efficiency and cost control.
•Managing full Profit & Loss (P&L), including budgeting, forecasting, COGS, labor percentage, and other KPIs to achieve sustained profitability.
• Leading execution of all health, safety, and sanitation policies in compliance with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
• Elevating the guest experience through prompt service recovery, community engagement, and promotion of brand reputation.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver innovative menu rollouts, event activations, and local partnership opportunities.
• Implementing systems and processes for operational excellence, ensuring rigorous adherence to quality, service, and ambiance.
Qualifications
•Minimum of 3 years’ progressive leadership experience managing a full-service, high-volume restaurant with both FOH and BOH operations.
• Demonstrated success with full P&L responsibility, financial analysis, budget management, and cost control strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, including culinary, bar, and guest services.
• Ability to inspire, coach, and lead diverse teams through hands-on involvement and a solution-driven approach.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.
