Title of Position: Restaurant Assistant Manager
Job Description: As our Manager you will be expected to maintain all areas of the restaurants daily functions. Ensuring absolute customer satisfaction throughout the shift will be required of our Manager. Excellent food quality and guest experience are equally important to maintain. Responsibilities of the Manager also include ensuring compliance with proper food handling procedures, state health, safety, security and company policies. The manager will assist in hiring, training and developing our team to create future leaders within our organization. Working together with the General Manager the manager will build skills and an extensive knowledge of inventory management, product ordering, labor control and P&L management. This is a position that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize and make quick decisions. To be a successful Manager a positive and professional attitude must be maintained at all times.

Qualifications:
· Three plus years of restaurant management experience in a high volume atmosphere
· A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Restaurant Manager must possess
· Must be proficient in achieving solid financial for the organization
· Must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
