We are seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to direct our front-of-house operations. Our high-volume dining concept thrives on delivering bold, unique, and exceptional guest experiences. We need a hospitality leader who understands the mechanics of a busy floor and knows how to drive service excellence.
Title of Position: Restaurant Front of House Manager
Job Description: We are searching for a Restaurant Front of House Manager who can take decisive action, with strong leadership, to achieve excellent results. The Restaurant Front of House Manager will assist the Restaurant General Manager and management team in the operations of the restaurant. Duties will include, but are not limited to, staffing, scheduling and training of new employees, maintaining food and labor costs according to company policy, and assisting in administrative functions delegated by the Restaurant General Manager. If you have strong leadership and people skills, and a passion for hospitality, we are serious about speaking with you about becoming a member of our management team.

Qualifications:
. The Restaurant Front of House Manager must always remain accessible to the restaurant.
· The Restaurant Front of House Manager must have a proven track record in assisting the company in the achievement of solid financial results
· The Restaurant Front of House Manager must embody a genuine commitment to mentorship and fostering the growth of others.
· The Restaurant Front of House Manager must have 2+ years of high-volume experience
