Title of Position: Marketing and Social Media Manager

Job Description: The Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, marketing analysis, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness. The Marketing and Social Media Manager will be responsible for promoting, planning, coordinating, and supervising all social media platforms. The Marketing and Social Media Manager is responsible for training team members on overall branding to ensure brand continuity. Additionally, the Marketing and Social Media Manager will also be in charge of coaching and supporting the team in building the brand name in a professional manner and be able to quickly resolve any issues that may arise. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.

Qualification:

• Two to four years of brand management experience in a high volume atmosphere is a must for the Marketing and Social Media Manager, a Bachelors Degree is preferred
• A requirement for the Marketing and Social Media Manager is experience with Microsoft Suite, Google, Canva and Constant Contact, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media outlets.
• The Marketing and Social Media Manager must have a valid drivers license
• Honesty, integrity and a love for customer satisfaction are all qualities that the Marketing and Social Media Manager should possess
• The Marketing and Social Media Manager should always be able to provide consistent support to the success of the organization
