Job Description

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leadership & Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team of hourly staff and managers. Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Set the tone for the restaurant by maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
• Administrative Duties: Manage product ordering, scheduling, budgeting, and income statement monitoring.
