Title of Position: Executive Chef
Job Description: As the Executive Chef, you play a crucial role in setting food quality expectations. Your leadership and coaching will guide BOH team members, MITs, and FOH team members. You will help to oversee daily operations, ensure team well-being, and maintain facilities. Managing resources like food, beverage, and labor costs will be your responsibility. Safety, sanitation, and accident prevention are key. Team selection, scheduling, coaching, and development require skill. Focus on strategy, excellence, and driving business growth, while embodying our brand.

Qualifications:
- The Executive Chef must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume, kitchen management experience.
