Information Systems Coordinator
The Information Systems Coordinator (ISC) serves as a member of the Systems team and reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer. The ISC is responsible for the following:
Data Management
· Updates and maintains our client’s member database and all connecting systems information as directed.
· Retrieves information from our client’s database at the request of staff members and the organization’s volunteers on time and with superior quality. Requests clarification when needed.
· Organizes and processes all membership transactions in a timely and efficient manner. Initiates contact with internal staff for clarification.
· Organizes and maintains paperwork files of membership transactions and orders.
· Ensure organization’s information sharing policy is followed whenever member information is shared with vendors or via member requests.
· Performs regular reporting duties including daily transaction reports,
· Conducts regular quality control measures to ensure data is accurate and complete.
· Contacts appropriate vendors for network or database issues when necessary.
· Acts as a database champion, proactively reaching out to fellow departments to ensure relevant information is added to the database in a timely and consistent manner.
· Creates and updates department database and software procedures as needed.
Hardware & Software Support:
· Serves as Microsoft 365 lead for staff and volunteers by building infrastructure, assigning licenses, and training staff to use Microsoft tools to optimize performance and effectiveness.
· Maintains accurate inventory of all hardware resources, orders and installs new hardware and software and technology applications to meet the organization’s needs and disposes of equipment according to best practices.
· Acts as first point of contact for technology inquiries; escalating matters providers as necessary.
· Conducts testing for new technology systems across the organization.
· Contacts appropriate vendors for network, database, or software issues.
· Serve as primary contact for assigned vendors as directed by the CAO.
Customer Service:
· Provides superior customer service to all internal and external customers.
· Assists members, staff and volunteers with website or other technology questions upon request.
· Coordinates with vendors on operational tasks including hardware, software, and open database tickets.
· Develops training materials and conducts end user training on technology systems and information security for staff and volunteers.
· Completes continuing training as applicable to position. Completes other duties as assigned by the CAO, Governing Council, or Fraternity leadership team
Education & Experience:
· A four-year degree or a two-year degree with experience in technology, information systems, or database management.
Technical Skills:
· Previous database experience.
· Experience with Office 365 administration.
· Experience with database query and report writing preferred.
· Willingness to learn software and solutions.

· Prior experience with a membership organization is preferred.
