Our client is a leading luxury car dealership representing some of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands. They are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Graduate to join their dynamic finance team.

Job Summary

As an Accountant, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and dealership transactions. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a high-performance, fast-paced retail environment, with exposure to luxury vehicle sales, service, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily financial transactions, including sales reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and dealership accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare reports for management, including sales performance, cash flow, and expense tracking.
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and service departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support system updates or implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (or dealership systems like Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Passion for the automotive industry and an interest in luxury brands is advantageous.
