Position Summary

Our client, a leading non-emergency medical transportation provider based in Memphis, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Director for their growing organization. The Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for overseeing all claims management processes for the company, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role manages both member mileage reimbursement and provider claims, serving as the key bridge between Finance and Operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, financial acumen, and a strategic mindset to drive improvements, ensure transparency, and strengthen revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all claims management processes with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage member mileage reimbursement and provider claims from submission through resolution.
• Act as the key bridge between Finance and Operations, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
• Lead reconciliation processes and ensure financial accuracy and transparency.
• Drive process improvements and streamline workflows across the claims lifecycle.
• Develop and implement strategic approaches to claims management to optimize performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create reporting to track progress and outcomes.
• Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Provider Network teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Supervise and develop team members to strengthen the revenue cycle function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle, claims management, or healthcare finance.
• Strong knowledge of claims processing, reimbursement models, and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement efficient workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Memphis strongly preferred; hybrid or remote considered with regular travel to Memphis.
