As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Human Resources Generalist who is excited about making a meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle while helping build and strengthen the firm's people practices.

What You'll Do:


Oversee Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS

You'll play a critical role in ensuring employees receive an exceptional experience through accurate payroll administration, competitive benefits programs, and reliable HR data.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing bi-weekly payroll and employee status changes

• Partnering with Finance and Accounting on payroll reconciliation and reporting

• Administering employee benefits programs, open enrollment, and vendor relationships

• Leveraging HR systems and reporting tools to provide meaningful workforce insights


Be a Trusted Partner to Employees and Leaders

You'll serve as the go-to HR representative across the organization, providing guidance, support, and practical solutions that help employees thrive and leaders succeed.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Advising employees and managers on HR policies, workplace concerns, and employee relations matters

• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining practical, people-first HR practices

• Managing employee relations issues, investigations, accommodations, leaves of absence, and workers' compensation matters with professionalism and discretion

• Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting compliance, audit, and reporting requirements


Drive Performance, Development, and Employee Growth

You'll help create a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and professional development.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing performance review programs and goal-setting processes

• Coaching leaders on employee development, career pathing, and performance conversations

• Supporting succession planning and talent development initiatives

• Providing workforce planning insights to support business growth


Help Build an Exceptional Culture

• Helping leadership make informed decisions through people data and workforce insights


Lead Talent Acquisition and Onboarding

You'll help attract and retain exceptional talent while creating a welcoming and engaging onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing recruitment efforts from job posting through onboarding

• Partnering with hiring managers to improve hiring processes and ensure consistent, inclusive hiring practices

• Supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies

• Designing onboarding experiences that help new employees quickly integrate into the culture and contribute effectively



What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced HR professional who combines strong technical HR expertise with outstanding relationship-building skills.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred

• Five or more years of progressive HR experience across multiple functional areas

• Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

• Experience supporting payroll, benefits, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and performance management

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate independently while partnering effectively with senior leaders

• Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
