Position Summary:
Our client, a leading non-emergency medical transportation provider based in Memphis, is seeking an IT Manager for their growing organization. In this role, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership for all IT systems and infrastructure. You will ensure technology supports business objectives, drives organizational efficiency, and safeguards sensitive member, provider, and corporate data. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align technology strategy with company goals while ensuring compliance, security, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Operational Leadership: Provide direction for IT systems, infrastructure, and operations to support business needs and long-term growth.

Technology Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure technology strategies align with company objectives and deliver measurable business value.

Data Protection & Compliance: Safeguard sensitive company data and oversee HiTrust certification and SOC 1 & 2 compliance initiatives.

Infrastructure & Security: Maintain secure, scalable IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud environments.

System Integration & Optimization: Lead system integration efforts, vendor management, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

Team Leadership: Mentor and manage IT staff, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

Budget Oversight: Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.

Project Delivery: Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion—software implementations, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements—on time and within budget.

Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to maximize value and ensure service quality.

Disaster Recovery & Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime.

Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by regularly evaluating and optimizing IT systems, processes, and tools.

IT Support: Ensure responsive, high-quality technical support for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work onsite in Memphis strongly preferred; hybrid or remote may be considered with regular travel to Memphis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of proven IT leadership experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, security, and compliance best practices.
- Experience leading HiTrust certification and SOC 1 & 2 compliance initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in system integration, vendor management, and process optimization.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) preferred.

Technical proficiency including:
- SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Power BI and DAX for data visualization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPivot with Power Query M code
- Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation
- FTP/SFTP for secure data transfers
Preferred Experience (a plus):
- EDI technical or business experience
- Knowledge of healthcare EDI requirements
