As we expand nationally, we are looking for a driven, energetic, and resourceful Sales Representative to help build and strengthen our dealer, retail, and service center network across the country.


Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to develop new retail and dealer partnerships across the United States.

This role requires:

This is an office‑based position in the Atlanta area with some travel to key customers, trade shows, and dealer locations. Age is not a factor in the selection process—we value ability, attitude, and drive.


Key Responsibilities

Dealer & Retail Partner Acquisition

  • Identify and target prospective retail partners, dealers, and service/repair centers nationwide.
  • Conduct cold calls, outreach emails, and scheduled visits to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.

Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new accounts during onboarding.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure customer success and strong sell‑through.

Product Demonstrations & Training

  • Present and demonstrate lawn mowers and equipment to retailers and dealers.
  • Train partners on product features, selling points, and maintenance basics.
  • Support dealer days, field demos, and events.

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, outreach, partner performance, and pipeline stages.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies, promotions, and territory growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Brand Growth & Market Development

  • Represent company professionally and enthusiastically.
  • Help establish company as the leading reel mower brand in the U.S.
  • Provide field insights to improve products and processes.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated sales experience (inside sales, field sales, or business development).
  • Self‑starter with a driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and in-person.
  • Friendly, energetic personality with strong rapport‑building skills.
  • Highly resourceful and able to find solutions independently.
  • Detail-focused with strong organizational habits.
  • Comfortable with computer systems, CRM tools, and basic reporting software.
  • Confident presenting and demonstrating machinery to customers.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S.
  • Age is not a determining factor—we welcome applicants of all ages.


Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in the lawn mower, reel mower, landscaping equipment, or outdoor power industry.
  • Relationships with turf equipment retailers or distributors.
  • Technical understanding of small engines or turf machinery.
  • Experience working with or representing an equipment brand.


Candidate Requirements

  • Must have solid sales experience.
  • Must come recommended with references.
  • Must be based in the Atlanta metro area (office-based).
  • Must be reliable, resourceful, and independent.
  • Must have a strong desire to help build company.
