Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure efficient and effective operations across multiple locations.
• Develop, implement, and optimize operational policies and procedures.
• Execute complex projects with a hands-on approach, tackling problems head-on and making swift, decisive decisions.
• Lead and manage other managers on the operations team, holding them accountable and providing training, development, and leadership identification.
• Ensure alignment with the company's vision and culture, supporting the CEO in achieving business goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably in a multi-location business, with a strong preference for retail or hospitality.
• A competitive and winning mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a humble and hands-on approach.
• Experience in preparing a business for a potential exit and driving business growth.
