What You’ll Do
You’ll serve as a key member of the leadership team, setting the vision and direction for all things people-related.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and growth goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on organizational design, culture, and talent strategy
- Lead and develop the HR and talent development teams
Culture & Talent Development
- Champion a positive, high-performance culture focused on engagement, development, and retention
- Oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews and merit planning
- Guide leadership development, succession planning, and career path programs
- Partner with managers to provide coaching, training, and employee relations support
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Direct recruiting and workforce planning strategies to attract top talent
- Build pipelines for critical roles and strengthen internal mobility
- Ensure hiring practices align with both growth goals and cultural values
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Lead the design and administration of competitive compensation and total rewards programs
- Oversee benefits, payroll, HRIS, and retirement programs
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems support organizational effectiveness and scalability
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEOC, HIPAA, etc.)
- Manage workers’ compensation programs, including claims oversight and cost-containment strategies
- Maintain accurate reporting, records, and workforce analytics
Community & Organizational Presence
- Represent the organization in the community, building relationships with educational institutions and local partners
- Support organizational changes and reorganization efforts with consistency, transparency, and legal compliance
What You Bring
Experience
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Proven HR leadership or management experience
- Experience supporting a growing organization (financial services experience is a plus)
Education & Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (required)
- HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP (preferred)
