Position Summary

Coordinate wholesale customer orders, Bulk Sales Orders (BSOs), production purchase orders (POs), factory production schedules, and customer compliance requirements. Serve as the administrative and communication hub across Sales, Planning, Operations, factories, customers, and Accounting to support accurate order execution, timely delivery, and resolution of operational exceptions. The position facilitates execution and follow-through; commercial, production planning, and financial approvals remain with the designated decision-makers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        Process EDI and manual wholesale sales orders; coordinate order accuracy, fulfillment, and shipping exceptions with Sales, Inventory, and Shipping.

·        Create Bulk Sales Orders (BSOs) from Sales-confirmed customer orders; convert Planner-approved BSOs into production POs and issue them to factories.

·        Monitor production schedules, delivery commitments, and factory workload; communicate delays, capacity constraints, and order shortages, and coordinate schedule updates and priorities with Sales and Planning.

·        Support customer onboarding, vendor portals, routing-guide compliance, and operational chargeback investigations; coordinate disputes and follow-up with the appropriate departments.

·        Coordinate the administrative aspects of authorized returns, repairs, and claims; maintain accurate product information and support wholesale systems and customer portals.
