Our popular, fast-casual restaurant is searching for an Assistant General Manager! We are proud to take care of our associates by focusing on continuous learning and development. Our Fast Casual Chain has 38 restaurants in Minnesota and is continuing to grow.

Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Compensation: $54k to $62k plus bonus

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will be a key partner to helping lead the restaurant to success.; the continuous delivery of customer service to all guests; the maintenance of restaurant quality; the leadership and development of team members; the creation and maintenance of an environment of trust, credibility, dignity, and respect. You will support daily operations in both the front and back of house, Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experience. Help manage labor, food cost, and quality standards to meet performance goals and Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment.
