IPS is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for making sound architectural decisions based on hands-on experience. You’ll own meaningful scope end-to-end – shipping internal platforms and client-facing, productized software with the freedom to experiment and room to grow into broader technical leadership as your impact scales. For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to combine startup-level pace, impact, and growth with the backing of a proven, award-winning company.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with product, design, and leadership to turn ambiguous problems into scoped projects with clear outcomes.
- Design, develop, and deploy new systems, features, and applications from the ground up.
- Ship internal and client-facing features; identify repeatable needs and translate them into product capabilities while evolving internal platforms.
- Maintain, refactor, and document the existing codebase and applications to improve stability, performance, and feature-richness.
What We're Looking For:
- We need a highly skilled and adaptable engineer with a strong foundation in fullstack development.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Node.js, plus modern web fundamentals.
- Ability to design and deliver end-to-end systems; write elegant, maintainable, efficient code.
- Solid grasp of security best practices and core cryptographic principles.
- Strength in breaking down ambiguous business needs into scoped technical plans—and executing independently.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and product sense.

-
Frontend: React/Next.js, Tailwind, and sound UI/UX principles.
-
