Chick-fil-A I-85 & Julian Road is preparing to open its doors—and we’re looking for a Talent Director to help build the foundation of a people-first, high-performing organization from day one.
This is a newly created leadership role and a rare opportunity to shape hiring, training, culture, and leadership development at the ground level of a growing restaurant led by an experienced Owner/Operator with a deep Chick-fil-A background.

What You’ll Do
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop team members
- Lead training, engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
- Coach leaders and support team-member growth and accountability
- Partner on monthly and annual goals tied to people and performance
- Stay closely connected to operations to ensure training translates to guest excellence
Who You Are
- A people-focused leader with strong judgment, maturity, and professionalism
- Comfortable leading, influencing, and holding others accountable
- Adaptable, energetic, and confident in a high-expectation environment
- Backgrounds in hospitality, training, education, HR, or leadership are a plus
