POSITION OBJECTIVE


Chick-fil-A Eastwood Village is seeking an Operating Partner to oversee all aspects of the business. This leader will report directly to the Franchisee and will oversee the Directors and work with them to ensure staffing levels, financial performance, guest experience, team development, and operational excellence. This role is the highest internal position, designed to prepare the right leader for a future potential Operator opportunity. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the restaurant’s strategic direction, coaching high-capacity leaders, and helping the team thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This position offers a meaningful leadership opportunity with visibility across all areas of the business, as well as intentional development from the Owner/Operator to prepare for long-term success.


POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Lead, support, and develop Directors and their respective teams
  • Set and manage goals and KPIs with the leadership team
  • Ensure guest experience, food safety, and operational efficiency standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing of 100+ team members
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs against performance targets
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness through daily walkthroughs and collaboration with the Kitchen Director
  • Support operational execution including daily setup, truck orders, catering, and facility coordination
  • Partner with the Training Director to reinforce expectations and drive accountability
  • Participate in weekly Director meetings and regular 1:1s with the Franchisee
  • Continuously evaluate systems and processes to drive team effectiveness and business improvements
  • Champion retention and culture through intentional leadership development and coaching
  • Model an owner's mentality—stewarding every dollar and detail of the business
  • Embody and promote Chick-fil-A’s core values through approachable and consistent leadership

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


  • 5+ years of experience leading teams of 30+ members


  • High relational capacity, reliable, detail-oriented


  • Self-starter with a strong ability to adapt and learn systems


  • Strong communication and team development skills


  • Tech-savvy and administratively organized


  • Passionate about growing others and driving results
