Are you a successful financial professional looking for a new opportunity to apply your skills in a highly supportive environment and want to help clients to achieve their dreams? We are looking to add an additional financial advisor to meet with and serve our existing clients as a member in the Selah Financial Services team approach. We currently have four financial advisors who perform all the duties of a financial advisor, including planning, and we have more demand than capacity. While there is not a lead generation expectation for this position, there is an expectation to retain and secure additional assets from existing clients.
People experience financial transitions throughout their lives. Whether it’s starting a family, sending their child to college, preparing for retirement or losing a spouse, we are there for our clients. The personal approach we use delivers a systematic solution that takes the client’s timeline, risk perception, goals, philosophies, and future needs into consideration. To be successful in this position, you must be committed to helping others.

Success Factors
- Integrate well into the existing and future Selah team, which is a small tightknit group of people that works exceptionally hard.
- Embody the desire to do what is best for and empathetically relate to others. Advisors that are merely motivated by personal status, doing what is easiest for themselves, and are simply chasing dollars do not tend to thrive at Selah Financial.
- We are a Christian organization that services all kinds of people. This means that we pray together, openly discuss religion and politics, and work with clients regardless of their religious, political, or sexual orientation without judgment in these areas. Acceptance of others is required for success.
