CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client is a faith-based, mission-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to meeting people at critical moments of need and restoring dignity, stability, and opportunity through compassionate, practical support. Rooted in the teachings of Matthew 25, the organization exists to serve “the least of these” through food access, crisis response, community partnership, and long-term, hope-building initiatives—both locally and globally.
Operating with a lean team and a high level of community engagement, the organization’s work is anchored by a large-scale food pantry and multiple community-facing programs and partnerships. Services are delivered in high-need, high-impact communities, with an expanding footprint through additional pantry partnerships in other markets and select global initiatives.
The organization is led in close partnership with an actively engaged Board and advisory leadership. Success in this environment requires strong relational leadership, consistent communication, and disciplined operational follow-through.
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Executive Director will provide day-to-day leadership for the organization, ensuring clarity, stability, and compassion while faithfully advancing the mission. This leader will translate the vision of the Board and Founder into clear priorities, strong communication, and consistent execution across programs, staff, and partnerships.
Serving as a trusted relational bridge between leadership, the board, donors, and the broader community, the Executive Director will bring calm, steady leadership to a complex and fast-moving nonprofit environment. Success in this role requires a servant-hearted, Christ-centered leader who can build trust, strengthen internal systems, cultivate a healthy team culture, and steward organizational impact with integrity—particularly in high-need communities where the work is both deeply meaningful and demanding.
