POSITION OVERVIEW

The Data Platform & Analytics Manager will lead RED RHINO's enterprise data strategy and analytics function. Reporting to Daniel Bruce, Fractional CTO, this individual will own the company’s transition from Azure SQL and Power BI into Microsoft Fabric while building a scalable, AI-ready data environment. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, business intelligence, stakeholder partnership, and the opportunity to build and lead a future analytics team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead migration to Microsoft Fabric and modernize the enterprise data platform.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Establish data governance, security, quality, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with business leaders to turn operational needs into actionable insights.
• Support AI initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams.
• Build and eventually lead a growing analytics and BI team.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data platforms, or related fields.
• Strong experience with Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data technologies.
• Deep understanding of data architecture, modeling, governance, and analytics best practices.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise data initiatives that drive business results.
• Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Experience building analytics functions or teams from the ground up is highly desirable.
