National Account Manager

Essential Construction & Maintenance Services (ECMS) is hiring a National Account Manager to own and grow one of its largest national retail relationships (Costco).

This is not a pure sales role. It’s a relationship-led leadership position responsible for ensuring projects move seamlessly from request → estimate → approval → execution inside active retail environments.

You’ll:

• Own a high-visibility national account
• Coordinate PMs and internal teams to deliver consistently
• Oversee estimating and proposal flow
• Build trust with multiple customer stakeholders
• Help scale systems as the account grows

Ideal background:

• 5+ years in construction project leadership, account management, or customer-facing operations
• Experience with multi-site / enterprise-level clients
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Comfortable reviewing estimates and proposals

Location: In-office, Braselton, GA | ~25% travel
