InSite Engineering is growing and looking to add an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead impactful municipal infrastructure projects that truly improve communities.

This is a senior-level opportunity for a licensed civil engineer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, building client relationships, and mentoring engineers — all within a values-driven firm focused on sustainable design and long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead water & wastewater projects from concept through construction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance
• Support proposals and client presentations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• PE license or possible EIT
• 5-10+ years of experience in water/wastewater or municipal infrastructure
• Proven project management and client-facing experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
