Compensation and Benefits


Compensation: $180,000-$220,000 DOE


Additional Compensation:

  • Performance-based bonus opportunities

Qualifications


Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in consumer finance, lending, financial services, or loan servicing operations
  • Strong knowledge of consumer lending products and regulatory requirements
  • Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong analytical, operational, and communication skills
  • Experience with lending platforms, payment processing, and financial reporting systems


Preferred

  • MBA or advanced business degree
  • Executive leadership experience within consumer lending, fintech, or financial services
  • Experience launching, scaling, or transforming business operations

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO serves as the senior executive responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and growth of a tribally owned consumer lending company.


The CEO will oversee day-to-day operations while helping establish the infrastructure, processes, and strategic direction needed to support sustainable growth.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all business operations, including underwriting, servicing, collections, and portfolio management
  • Developing policies and procedures that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance
  • Establishing strategic and financial goals and driving execution against those objectives
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and reporting results to the Board
  • Managing relationships with banks, payment processors, compliance partners, and vendors
  • Building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
  • Driving customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance
  • Ensuring compliance with consumer lending laws, regulations, and internal policies
