Client Manager London, UK (Hybrid)

The role
The Client Manager acts as the gatekeeper for excellent client relationships, working across a
portfolio of agency accounts to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients. Managing workloads,
communicating initiatives, applying strong industry knowledge, and developing the Executive within
the team are all central to this role.
A day in the life
• Lead on the servicing of a portfolio of clients across a range of agencies
• Manage campaigns from start to finish alongside working with other departments on buying
and delivery
• Create best-in-class responses to briefs, supporting rationale documents and PCAs
• Help determine the best OOH plan taking into consideration all products and services,
including Ad-Tech
• Be responsible for presenting the above work to clients and agencies with the support of the
Client Director/Business Director
• Attend all client and agency meetings across the patch with the support of the Client
Director/Business Director
• Proactively sell the OOH medium and identify opportunities across the portfolio of clients
• Take the lead on resolving client and campaign issues as and when they arise, alongside
coaching the team
• Proactively sell Ad-Tech tools and services including the in-house planning and buying
platform
• Have a thorough understanding of audience data partners and property options to articulate
and facilitate a platform response to brief
• Ensure Creative Portal and Digital Verification platforms are maximised on all OOH plans
• Ensure full delivery of platform campaigns, with all budget spent and relevant PCAs
produced
• Drive agency relationships through hot-desking, meeting with key personnel and presenting
at agency sessions
• Take responsibility for day-to-day management of the client team to ensure effective
servicing and proactive contribution to growing business
• Have a thorough understanding of the strategy and objectives of main accounts and use this
to add value
• Work with the Investment Team to deliver relevant KPI requirements and PRF guarantees,
and build relationships with auditors
• Manage campaign facilitation from start to finish, including adding all relevant campaign
detail to the system
• Develop and manage relationships with agency, client and media owner contacts
• Work with the Business Director and Client Director to set individual client KPIs and ensure
they are met
• Ensure the team is utilising in-house systems and tools on a regular basis
• Work with the Business Director to provide accurate client forecasts and flag key changes
• Oversee and manage the team Executive (where applicable) by setting clear KPIs and
holding regular check-ins to encourage their development
