IT Project Manager – Office Technology & Workplace Build-outs

Location: EMEA (Hybrid – some travel required)

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple office build-outs and workplace technology projects across the EMEA region. This is a practical role focused on delivering AV, network, and IT infrastructure into new and existing TikTok office spaces. You’ll manage several concurrent projects – from small (20–50 person) to large (100+ person) offices – and play a key role in getting these spaces live and fully functional.


You’ll work with internal teams, vendors, and consultants across regions, overseeing everything from design coordination and delivery milestones to post-implementation reviews. Some leases are ending soon, so timelines are tight and delivery will need to be sharp.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for office build-outs and IT infrastructure deployments across EMEA
  • Define project scopes and develop detailed implementation plans
  • Manage project budgets (£1m+), timelines, risks and reporting
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g. Workplace, Procurement, IT) and external vendors
  • Own the day-to-day delivery of AV, network, and workplace systems across multiple sites
  • Drive procurement processes, vendor onboarding, and contract reviews
  • Ensure systems are designed, tested, and handed over smoothly
  • Manage design, fit-out, and commissioning timelines with local contractors and integrators
  • Lead post-project reviews and ensure lessons are documented and shared
  • Represent TikTok IT in meetings and across all build projects professionally and reliably


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering IT and workplace tech projects (e.g. AV, network, systems)
  • Track record managing IT office fit-outs, ideally in global or regional roles
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects, with a mix of sizes and scopes
  • Strong budget management and vendor coordination skills
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing shifting priorities
  • Confident communicator with clear reporting skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiar with PM tools (e.g. Asana, MS Project, Jira)
  • Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall or hybrid PM methods (Prince2, ITIL a bonus)
  • Willingness to travel up to 1 week/month within EMEA
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and pragmatic in approach
