Network Planning Specialist (FM Collected by TikTok)

TikTok is looking for a Network Planning Specialist to help scale and optimise the fulfilment network for items collected directly by TikTok. You'll sit across logistics, data, and operations, making sure every seller is mapped to the right channel and that the physical network can keep up with growth.

What you'll be doing:

• Seller allocation: matching sellers to the most efficient logistics channel by analysing shipping volumes, package dimensions, lead times, and geography. This is the biggest part of the role, roughly 40% of your time, and it's a daily task.
• Demand and capacity forecasting: building and refining forecasts so the network has the right resource, not too much and not too little. Strong Excel skills are essential here.
• Network strategy and design: planning warehouse openings, managing carrier relationships and costs, and refining postcode coverage zones to speed up delivery and cut costs.

What they're looking for:

• 3+ years in network planning, supply chain, or logistics operations, ideally in e-commerce, fast-paced retail, or a platform business
• Background at a logistics carrier (FedEx, DHL, TNT, or similar transport company) is a strong plus
• Comfortable with SQL and Python, enough to work with data directly without relying on a separate analytics team
• Excel is mandatory
• Strong analytical skills, able to turn volumes, geography, and lead times into clear, actionable plans
• Able to work in a fast, high-expectation environment where priorities shift quickly
