Strategy & Operations Data Analyst - TikTok Shop UK

We are seeking a driven and proactive Strategy & Operations Data Analyst to be a critical engine for our growth. This is a high-impact, fixed-term contract where you will support strategic initiatives across the platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, experience leveraging AI tools to gather external data for seller segmentation, and a solid understanding of eCommerce sales processes, from lead generation through to onboarding conversion, including CRM tools. Responsibilities

• Gather data from external public sources for internal analysis
• Review offerings from external data providers and provide recommendations
• Leverage AI tools to collect external eCommerce data at scale, such as seller revenue, seller characteristics, and contact details
• Analyse external and internal seller data for segmentation purposes
• Support day-to-day operational processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support data-related requests
• Develop a strong understanding of the TikTok Shop platform, the competitive landscape, and our positioning in the market

Minimum Requirements

• Strong data analysis skills in Excel, including experience working with dashboards and unstructured data
• Experience using AI tools
• Self-driven and organised, with strong time-management skills and the ability to work autonomously
• Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for a 6–12 month fixed-term contract, with potential extension based on performance and impact

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

• eCommerce experience, ideally within a high-growth marketplace or platform business
• Experience operating in a hyper-scaling, fluid, or startup-like environment
• Experience working in fast-paced tech companies and enthusiasm for joining a rapidly growing team
