TikTok Shop is hiring a Seller Marketing Operations & Social Community Engagement hire to support seller acquisition and growth. You’ll own end-to-end seller communications across email and digital channels, shape campaign messaging, run tests to improve performance, and report on what’s working. It’s a hands-on role with real ownership, working closely with cross-functional teams at pace.
- Own campaigns end to end — from planning and copy to launch, optimisation and reporting
- Strong mix of creative + performance marketing (writing, testing, analysis)
- Direct exposure to a high-growth marketplace environment and large-scale marketing operations
- Work closely with stakeholders across acquisition, product, ops and marketing

Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver seller communications across email and digital channels, aligned to acquisition goals
- Write and manage end-to-end content for campaigns, including messaging frameworks, email copy and supporting comms
- Support campaign execution from brief to launch: timelines, approvals, stakeholder updates and QA
- Run A/B tests on messaging, creative and campaign set-up to improve engagement and conversion
- Track performance and report on results, insights and recommendations
- Optimise campaigns based on data, improving performance over time
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on schedule
- Support social/community engagement activities that drive awareness and acquisition (experience with Reddit/Quora is a plus)
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing or marketing operations
- Strong written communication skills with clear examples of content you’ve created (email, campaign copy, digital comms)
- Hands-on email marketing experience and confidence managing multiple campaigns at once
- Experience working with reporting/analysis and using insights to improve performance
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and delivering at pace
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident working independently
- A/B testing experience (subject lines, messaging, audiences, creative, cadence)
- CRM and marketing tools experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Braze, Iterable or similar)
- Google Ads or paid channel exposure
- Experience using Reddit or similar platforms for community engagement or paid traffic
