Over the past 10 years, this company has grown to £100m in annual sales, with a team of 60+ across the UK and international markets. Their products sit across top-ranking categories on Amazon, known for quality, reliability and smart design. They’re now focused on strengthening their position across key territories and launching into new categories.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the performance of a large Amazon portfolio across multiple markets.
- Build strategies using data, commercial insight and competitor analysis.
- Lead product launches into competitive categories.
- Work closely with operations to manage stock, logistics and availability.
- Plan and optimise Amazon ad campaigns (PPC) with clear ROAS targets.
- Continuously improve listings for visibility, engagement and conversion.
- Manage pricing, promotions and testing to stay competitive.
- Mentor junior team members and help build out best practice.
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, ideally managing multiple brands or categories.
- Strong track record in running Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Highly confident with Excel and working with performance data.
- Commercially aware, with a sharp eye for growth opportunities.
- Organised, reliable and good at working with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solver with a focus on getting things done.
