The Role

This is a key role for a fast-growing global consumer brand group with a strong track record on Amazon. They’re looking for someone with experience managing performance at scale – someone confident in building strategy, optimising listings, and running ad campaigns that deliver results.


The Business

Over the past 10 years, this company has grown to £100m in annual sales, with a team of 60+ across the UK and international markets. Their products sit across top-ranking categories on Amazon, known for quality, reliability and smart design. They’re now focused on strengthening their position across key territories and launching into new categories.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the performance of a large Amazon portfolio across multiple markets.
  • Build strategies using data, commercial insight and competitor analysis.
  • Lead product launches into competitive categories.
  • Work closely with operations to manage stock, logistics and availability.
  • Plan and optimise Amazon ad campaigns (PPC) with clear ROAS targets.
  • Continuously improve listings for visibility, engagement and conversion.
  • Manage pricing, promotions and testing to stay competitive.
  • Mentor junior team members and help build out best practice.


What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on Amazon experience, ideally managing multiple brands or categories.
  • Strong track record in running Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Highly confident with Excel and working with performance data.
  • Commercially aware, with a sharp eye for growth opportunities.
  • Organised, reliable and good at working with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solver with a focus on getting things done.
