TikTok’s Global Mobility team is looking for an Immigration Services Specialist to join their London team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our employees across EMEA, ensuring a seamless immigration experience and driving projects that improve processes and knowledge across the business.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll manage end-to-end immigration cases, work closely with external vendors, and support internal stakeholders with insight and guidance.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and coordinate work permit and immigration cases for international transferees and local hires across EMEA.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees and candidates, ensuring a professional and empathetic experience throughout the process.
• Partner with external immigration vendors to deliver a high standard of service.
• Prepare, review, and finalise immigration plans, pre-assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Audit immigration files and records to ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of immigration policies and internal processes.
• Provide stakeholders with clear recommendations, risk assessments, and data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with other teams to streamline and optimise mobility processes.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience managing end-to-end global mobility or immigration processes, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Knowledge of EMEA immigration laws and regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to explain complex concepts in a simple, clear way.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to tackle complex and ambiguous situations.
• Collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive relationships across internal teams and external partners.
