Performance Manager (Paid Social)

Hybrid London

A fast-growing media and technology company is looking for a Performance Manager (Paid Social) to join their Paid Media team. The business blends audience intelligence, data, and media activation — helping brands truly understand and reach their audiences in smarter, more sustainable ways.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of ten, managing paid social campaigns across industries like eCommerce, sport, F&B, and entertainment. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with clients, use advanced audience insight tools, and lead multi-channel campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap, and other platforms.
  • Manage budgets ranging from £5k to £150k per month across multiple clients.
  • Use audience insights and data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Create reports and performance commentary for clients.
  • Support or lead on client accounts, attending strategy sessions and reviews.
  • Collaborate with teams across Insights, Programmatic, and Search.
  • Stay ahead of trends in social media and digital performance.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Paid Social campaign management, ideally across multiple platforms and client types.
  • Comfortable handling campaign strategy, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and Keynote.
  • Experience in eCommerce or product feed setups (DPA) would be a plus.
  • A strong team player with good organisational skills and a proactive mindset.

What’s in it for you

  • Hybrid working with flexibility to work from home or the office
  • 25+ days annual leave (plus bank holidays and office closure at Christmas)
  • Private healthcare, duvet days, and mental wellbeing support
  • Learning & development budget, volunteer leave, and sustainability initiatives
  • A social and inclusive culture — monthly socials, early finishes, and a dog-friendly office
