About the Team
TikTok Shop’s ecommerce sales team is expanding! The team focuses on fast-paced marketplace selling across multiple product categories, helping sellers grow their business and their GMV on the platform.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for proactive sales activity across marketplaces, identifying potential sellers, supporting onboarding, and contributing to their ongoing growth. The environment is data-led and fast moving — ideal for someone who enjoys commercial targets and working across different product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and qualify potential sellers across B2B and B2C
- Conduct outbound outreach across email, phone, and social channels
- Support seller onboarding, account setup, and activation
- Communicate the value of TikTok Shop with clear, tailored propositions
- Track sales priorities using TikTok’s internal tools and processes
- Work with cross-functional global teams to solve issues and progress onboarded sellers
- Contribute to the growth of seller GMV, spotting opportunities to improve performance
- Work across key categories such as fashion, beauty, home & living, FMCG, and electronics
- Maintain accurate tracking through shared team sheets and review cycles
Key Skills & Experience
Required:
- Experience in sales, ecommerce, marketplace operations, or a similar junior commercial role
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and online channels
- Good time management and organisation in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and commercial targets
Preferred:
- Marketplace experience (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar)
- Background in ecommerce brands, marketplace agencies, or seller-side roles
- Experience supporting seller onboarding or operational workflows
- Exposure to multiple product categories is a bonus
