Position Overview 

TikTok is seeking a Finance BP to be based in London that will support our Global Monetization business in Europe. Key responsibilities involve preparing management reporting and budget tracking, providing financial advice to the business team and improving business efficiency. Key stakeholders will be the European Global Monetization Marketing team, as well as the Nordics and Central Europe Monetization Sales teams. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, and is comfortable with adapting to change as the business continues to grow. 

Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Provide insightful and quality financial support and advice to department heads and senior finance managers to drive effective decision making; 
2. Prepare managerial financial reports and budget tracking, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis; 
3. Support on close procedures of key accounts and amortization of expenses; 
4. Conduct budget control, reviewing project/contract applications for appropriateness and alignment with business needs; 
5. Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks, working with XFN stakeholders to implement change; 
6. Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis. 

Job Requirement 

1. Bachelor’s degree is required, CPA or equivalent qualification is preferred.  
2. Strong FP&A with 5 to 6 years worth of work experience. Experience in internet, media or TMT industry is preferred;  
3. Comfortable with working with remote stakeholders; 
4. Experience in supporting regional multi territory teams across Europe and comfortable with remote preferred; 
5. Experience with XFN stakeholder management, including those in senior leadership; 
6. Professional proficiency in English is required; 
7. Soft skills: great communication skills, strong logical reasoning, team player, self-motivated, critical thinker, agile and resilient; 
8. Hard skills: data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis; Advanced in excel, word, PPT, etc, experience in leveraging AI to conduct financial analysis is a plus.
