TikTok Shop – Fashion Account Manager

Location: London

 

TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together sellers, buyers and creators in one place to deliver a seamless shopping experience, enabling our community to discover and engage with what they love.

 

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong communication, organisation and presentation skills. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment, operating autonomously and taking full ownership for delivering business OKRs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage merchant partnerships to ensure growth and long-term development.
  • Build and execute growth plans with merchants to achieve business targets.
  • Partner with creator managers to deliver high-quality eCommerce content and drive GMV through close collaboration.
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholder teams to align goals and actions.
  • Use data to identify pain points, spot opportunities, and prioritise solutions.
  • Understand sellers’ needs in depth, capturing and escalating issues internally where relevant.
  • Design and implement strategies to improve seller revenue growth.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, ideally with a focus on category growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail landscape, consumer demands and e-commerce trends.
  • Experience using social media platforms (especially TikTok) in a professional capacity.
  • Fast learner with sound judgement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical and data skills.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing ads and paid media campaigns.

  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualisation and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of the Fashion industry landscape, with UK market experience.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment (tech/e-commerce background preferred).
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop’s model (TTS) and ability to explain its benefits to merchants.
